Here's some random facts...

 

 

Generally, Im training either two or three times a day and six days a week.  I try to mix it up between gym, off court and on court sessions.  I like to do quite a bit of track in the summer, but not so much during the season.  I also to space out the hardest physical sessions throughout the week, in order to recover as much as possible between them!  Just before tournaments, I'll try to do shorter, sharper sessions to prepare for actual matchplay.    
When I am not playing squash I don't really mind what I wear, but on the ocurt the only choice for me is Reeboks! In particular, the Reebok Tiger - it's got just the suspension I need to leap around the court.
